Crossmedia Starts the Year Strong Announcing Two Senior Hires

Dino Mytides Joins as Executive Director, Head of Redbox, Data Analytics, and Kaitlyn McInnis is Named Executive Director, Investment

New York, NY – Crossmedia continues to invest in senior leadership to support its next phase of growth, naming Dino Mytides as Executive Director, Head of Redbox, Data Analytics, and Kaitlyn McInnis as Executive Director, Investment.

The appointments reflect Crossmedia’s ongoing growth as it scales its analytics, measurement, and investment capabilities to meet growing client demand for accountable, integrated media solutions.

Mytides joins Crossmedia from Universal McCann (UM), where he served as EVP, Data & Analytics. He will lead growth for Redbox, evolving the strategy for analytics, measurement, and audience solutions, overseeing a team of specialists.

Mytides brings deep experience guiding brands through large-scale data transformation. At UM, he built and managed a global analytics team focused on advanced measurement, audience optimization, and privacy-compliant data strategies.

Additionally, Crossmedia has appointed Kaitlyn McInnis as Executive Director, Investment, a role designed to further unify the agency’s media investment approach across channels. McInnis brings more than 20 years of experience across integrated marketing, media planning, and investment leadership. She joins Crossmedia from Zenith, where she most recently served as EVP, Head of Investment and Operations, overseeing enterprise-level media investment across linear and digital channels for brands including Walmart, AT&T, Kraft, and American Express. She will lead Crossmedia’s integrated investment strategy across all paid media, overseeing the investment team and the agency’s senior marketplace partnerships.
