Crossmedia Appoints Christina Lu as Head of Strategy

Independent global media agency Crossmedia today announced the appointment of Christina Lu as its new Head of Strategy & Insights.

New York, NY — July 21, 2025 — Independent global media agency Crossmedia today announced the appointment of Christina Lu as its new Head of Strategy & Insights. An award-winning marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning brand and agency roles, Christina will lead the agency’s vision for strategy and communications planning, bringing a sharper focus on insight-driven, culturally relevant, and business-impacting solutions for clients.

In this newly elevated role, Christina will serve as the lead architect of strategy across the agency’s operations. She will partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that every plan is grounded in clear objectives, sharp insights, and bold, actionable ideas. Christina will also play a key role in scaling Crossmedia’s strategy offering and developing new frameworks and strategic proprietary tools.

Christina’s career includes partnerships with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Google, Netflix, Adobe, Verizon, Target, Coca-Cola, and IKEA. She is known for her expertise at the intersection of brand strategy, data insights, and emerging technology — particularly artificial intelligence — leveraging new tools to accelerate insight generation, stretch creative thinking, and build more intelligent, connected marketing ecosystems.

Beyond her client work, Christina is a respected industry voice and active advocate for equity and representation. She serves as a board member for Asians in Advertising, regularly guest lectures at top business schools, and was recently honored with the Innovator Award by the Ad Club of New York for her contributions to marketing innovation and community leadership.
